Why did you write the book?

I wrote “I'm Fine. Really?” to share my story—one of navigating the stress, emotional weight, and anxious thoughts that so many people silently carry. Over the years, I’ve discovered firsthand how trusting God through life’s challenges and embracing simple, healthy habits has made a powerful difference in my well-being. I wanted to offer hope, encouragement, and practical tools to others who feel overwhelmed or stuck in survival mode.

This book is also a reflection of the work I’ve been privileged to do as a Christian Life Coach. I share real-life stories—not only my own, but also from clients (with permission or anonymity)—to illustrate how mindset shifts, deeper faith, and daily choices can move us from just “getting by” to living with greater peace, purpose, and calm.

Ultimately, my prayer is that readers feel seen, understood, and inspired to let go of the pressure to be “fine” and start creating a life that’s truly fulfilling—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
